Ad hoc announcement: Edel SE & Co. KGaA cancelled the inclusion of the company’s shares in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The management of Hamburg-based Edel SE & Co. KGaA (the ‘Company’) (ISIN: DE0005649503 | WKN: 564950) today cancelled the inclusion of the Company’s shares in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with Deutsche Börse AG.

The inclusion of the company’s shares in the Scale segment will end upon expiry of the three-month notice period pursuant to Section 27 of Deutsche Börse AG’s General Terms and Conditions for the Regulated Unofficial Market and thus no later than 23 March 2025.

The inclusion of the company’s shares in the Regulated Unofficial Market will be continued in the Basic Board segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
