Ad hoc announcement Edel SE & Co. KGaA: Dividend of 0,30 EUR for fiscal year 2021/22

• Distribution of a dividend of 0,30 EUR per share planned

The management of Hamburger Edel SE & Co. KGaA (WKN 564950) decided today to propose to the Annual General Meeting, which is expected to take place in spring 2023, the distribution of an increased dividend of 0,30 EUR per share (previous year 0,20 EUR per share) to its shareholders.

As the distribution will be made from the tax contribution account of Edel SE & Co. KGaA (Section 27 KStG), the dividend is not subject to capital gains tax.
