Christoph Engel new CFO at Edel

Christoph Engel (43) has joined Edel SE & Co. KGaA in Hamburg and reports to Dr. Jonas Haentjes.

Jonas Haentjes, who has led the Edel Group since 2018, has brought a new financial expert to the team in Christoph Engel. Christoph Engel studied orchestral music and economics and social sciences and has spent the past 19 years in the automotive industry, 16 of them with the BMW Group in Munich in various management roles in the Financial Services and BMW Motorcycle divisions as well as in Group Audit and Group Strategy/ M&A. There, Christoph led strategic projects ranging from production to digital mobility services and investments in tech companies.
